Kelli Scott

Kelli brings over 15 years of passion and experience building high performance teams throughout Customer Success.

Before joining Blend, Kelli was Vice President of Global Customer Success at ClearSlide, where she owned end-to-end customer engagement, adoption and growth. During her time, Kelli designed and rolled out the Customer Success department, processes, and functions. A key contributor during ClearSlide’s due-diligence efforts at point of profitability, Kelli was a part of the team which aided in the acquisition by Corel.

Prior to her work at ClearSlide, Kelli was Global Vice President of Services and Support at Marin Software, supporting customers working to solve complex digital marketing integrations, challenges and business objectives. She also led the Diversity in Leadership council which hosted many events, including the Bay Area Girl Geek Dinner on International Women’s Day. During her tenure at Marin Software, Kelli was instrumental in the successful efforts of the 2013 IPO.

Prior to her time at Marin Software, Kelli oversaw Strategic Services at Coremetrics (IBM) where she created many service offerings that are still utilized by Coremetrics (IBM) customers, including the Digital Marketing Optimization Maturity Model. Preceding her time in the private sector, Kelli spent nearly a decade in Social Service working in the Juvenile Division of a Prosecutors office, as a social worker at the Ruth Dykeman Children’s Home for boys, and as a Healthy Families and Better Indy Babies coordinator.

Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University and has had extensive leadership and coaching training and experience.
